With the same creativity and dedication devoted daily in searching for exclusivity and innovation in its products, in 2014 our company presented the results of its continuous desire to experiment and improve in the Social and Sustainability Report.
The Report represents the answer to the needs of sustainability and social responsibility showing the Company choose to pursue continuous improvement through the adoption of virtuous protocols even from a social

point of view. Ramponi has been the first Company in its industry sector to adopt a Social Report with the aim to communicate the principles governing the business philosophy.
As economic player, we think that we have the moral duty to give back to the surrounding community, improving the quality of life of its members, while pursuing our own economic growth interest.

The strong growth of sales, employees and our presence on the international market, in the last few years, has allowed the company to expand even more its offer of goods and services, thus doubling its productive sites. We have also added two specific areas for the ‘laser centre’ and ‘branding centre’ to our internal labs. These investments allow us to expand our scope of action, thus supplying a complete service to our clientele.

Ramponi®’s main focus is client’s satisfaction. In order to achieve it and offer a complete service, the company has been investing in productive technologies and in its way of working.

To go along with customers during the manufacturing process, several departments have been set up such as the studs and rhinestones application, stapling and laser processing departments based on flexibility but able to ensure reliable delivery times.
